The intimate 800-seat Duke Ellington Theatre is anchored as one of the world’s leading venues for amateur and professional artists as well as non-profit arts organizations. All services offered by the Duke Ellington Theatre are coordinated by professionally trained and skilled artists and technicians.

The Duke Ellington Theatre can accommodate a complete range of events, from live theatrical shows, concerts, movie screenings, galas, to receptions, lectures and much more!

FACILITY REQUEST FORM

Thank you for your interest in the Duke Ellington School of the Arts, to expedite your facility request, please complete all areas of this request form and submit to the Theatre Operations Manager no later than 8 weeks prior to your requested date(s). Once your request has been received, a representative will contact you within 48 hours.

APPLICATION FEE $50.00 (NON REFUNDABLE) - Please be prepared to give payment information when contacted by Ellington representative.

APPLICANT AGREEMENT Facility request applications are accepted in accordance with the priority list as determined by the Operations Manager, Dean of Arts and/or Head of School. Additionally, completion of this form does not guarantee or confirm your request for facility usage. Once your request has been received, an Ellington representative will contact you within 48 hours. If you need assistance completing this form or would like to schedule a facility tour, please contact Ronald Lee Newman, Operations Manager on 202.298.1777 ext 2670 or via email @ Rnewman@ellingtonschool.org. Fees for Ellington Theatre Commercial Use: $3,500 per 6 hours Non-Profit Use: $3,000 per 6 hours
